As one of the laypeople who read the site, I'm very grateful for its existence. It's the first place I go whenever I want to look up something with a philosophical connection or even just to understand something better. It's great that academia is putting a lot into making sure the general public has at least the ability to? access information if possible.

Lets hope more departments in more universties around? the world start doing this same thing. -- It would be even better if there was a collective of universities around the world all working together on a single, larger, authoritative wikipedia.
