Sure wish I could try Medical Marijuana in Alabama. I had a bad surgery in Aug. 2010. I have been taken pain pills for a year now. I use to be against marijuana, raised that way. But now learning what I have it's BS. My parents have now been educated on it and could use it as they are getting older, in late 50's early 60's. I drug test at pain clinic and scared to try. Just? not fair if it would help.

If you live in a state with a permit program you can most likely find a compassion? clinic with doctors who specialize in recommendations. In the other states without a card/permit program the rules vary, but you need to have a doctor who will write down his/her recommendation. reeferreport(.)com has more on each state. Angela p.s. most "typical" docs are not willing to officially recommend MMj, which is why compassion clinics exist.
