I heard Carlos stopped using Marijuana around 73'-74 Then started using it again around 1984. When he was arrested in 1991 for misdemeanor possession he supposedly gave it up completely. This was news to me when I heard but I wonder if he's still? not smoking.

@MyRod24 When they say "Drug related violence" I think of the fact that because marijuana is illegal...people are forced to deal with "questionable" people. If you made marijuana legal you wouldnt have that problem...well at-least nowhere near to the extent we do now. We dont have people doing drive bys over alcohol any more. Make marijuana legal and you take away? the violent crime due to it bieng illegal....the shady street corner sales..gang wars over drug trade etc....to a huge percent..
